How do I create a user account and register a courseware
key for Module I?
An EGUMPP user account must be created before a user can register his or her first courseware key and create a data file. The same user account should be used to register all additional courseware keys.
How do I log into an EGUMPP module?
You must log in each time you use an EGUMPP module. To log in, you need to know your EGUMPP user name and password and the location of your EGUMPP data file. While your user name and password will remain the same for all modules, you must create a new EGUMPP data file for each module. If you do not have an EGUMPP user account, you cannot log in. How do I upload an EGUMPP data file?
Uploading an EGUMPP data file is the process for storing a copy of your data file on the EGUMPP website. During the upload process, a copy of your data file is sent from your computer to the EGUMPP website. To complete this process, you must be connected to the internet.
How do I download an EGUMPP data file?
Downloading an EGUMPP data file is the process for retrieving a copy of your data file from the EGUMPP website. During the download process, a copy of your data file is sent from the EGUMPP website to your computer. To complete this process, you must be connected to the internet.
How do I retrieve a lost EGUMPP data file?
You can find a lost data file if you have previously uploaded your data file on the EGUMPP website or if you have made a backup copy of your data file. If you have not uploaded your data file or cannot find a backup copy, then you will need to start over.
How do I register a courseware key for Modules II-IV?
Before you can begin using an EGUMPP module, you must first register your courseware key for that module. To register a courseware key, you must have an EGUMPP user account. If you have previously registered a courseware key for another module, then you already have an EGUMPP user account, and you should follow these instructions. However, if you have not previously registered a courseware key, then you do not have an EGUMPP user account, and you should follow the instructions on How do I create and register a courseware key for Module I.
